Gillian Pearl

Gillian has 20 years of experience in strategic planning, cross-sector partnership development and program management. Founder and CEO of Pearl Consulting, she leads the team to conceptualise and deliver social impact programs and services. Gillian is an accredited partnership broker with the Partnership Brokers Association and is a published author. She has represented Singapore abroad at the UN and has served on nonprofit boards. Pearl Consulting won B Lab Europe’s 2020 Movement Builder of the Year award as well as the Real Leaders 2022 award. Gillian completed “Leading Economic Growth” at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and has lectured at Cambridge Judge Business School.
Originally from Canada, Gillian now lives in Sydney, and loves spending time with her husband and children by the ocean.
