Pearl Consulting is a purpose-driven boutique consultancy focused on creating mutual benefit for corporate, nonprofit and government partners through the strategic deployment of social impact initiatives.
Ultimately, we want to impart knowledge and establish self-sustaining programs and solutions that are able to flourish without our support.
We are proud to be a certified B Corporation. What is a B Corporation? B Corp certification is to business what Fair Trade certification is to coffee. B Corps are certified to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.
As a business with a presence in Australia, we are committed to doing our part to further reconciliation with Australia’s First Peoples. We have developed a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) using Reconciliation Australia’s framework and are proud to launch our first RAP in 2021. The spirit of what all RAPs aim to achieve and engender is aligned to who we are as a company, and the values we hold. We believe no company is too small to have an impact, and we believe we can play our part to further reconciliation in the way we operate our business. We hope you enjoy reading our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan.
