Pearl Consulting helps companies through social impact programme design that connects with the communities and issues that matter to them most. Our approach focuses on output and outcomes, assessing community needs and developing effective programmes and partnerships.
We start with two main questions: what objectives do you seek to achieve? And how will you measure impact? We then review what you are already doing toward your critical objectives.
We assess the essential social, environmental or economic issues that our clients can address through their core products and services. Then we review the landscape of potential partners to see which ones are best suited to address the challenge. Finally, we look at our clients’ available resources, time, and internal support to design a viable initiative.
