Noor brings strong project and stakeholder management skills to Pearl Consulting’s capacity building programmes. She has managed a comprehensive training initiative designed to empower women entrepreneurs in Pakistan to grow their business ventures. As part of this program, she delivered a series of ‘SheMeansBusiness’ workshops at Durshals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in collaboration with the local government.

She was awarded the British Chevening Scholarship Award in 2018 to pursue a Masters in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Manchester University. And in 2017, she was a semi-finalist at the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards in Pakistan. Noor lives in Islamabad, where she is a keen baker and food blogger.
