Paul specialises in building and executing fintech-based business models in both emerging and mature markets. He has 20 years of experience in financial services covering mobile payments, small and medium enterprise (SME) banking, trade finance and alternative data credit scoring. Paul has held leadership roles launching new mobile payments businesses in Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar and Singapore and in those roles, has experience in dealing with regulators. He has worked for leading brands Astra International, ANZ Bank, Morgan Stanley, Wave Money Myanmar, WING Cambodia. Paul has also consulted for several years on financial inclusion projects in the public sector with the World Bank, IFC and CGAP in India and South East Asia.
