Passionate about working with people and sharing knowledge, Eigle is an educational and personal development specialist. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and a social impact mindset. Since 2011 , she has helped many companies and their employees identify opportunities for linguistic improvement, designing curriculum, training plans, and executing them. Eigle has also digitally skilled thousands of micro and small entrepreneurs and NGOs throughout Brazil and Latin America, helping them develop a strong online presence, to promote social and economic impact.She has also managed educational programmes for the digital inclusion of youth, as well as digital and financial training programmes for low-income entrepreneurs across Brazil. Her collaborative mindset,  coupled with creativity  and strategic planning skills,  enable her to deliver high quality programme design and implementation that meet the needs of all involved. Eigle is currently supporting the build for the Metaverse through the development of skills for the future by teaching Augmented Reality (AR) content, and running Virtual Reality (VR) programs in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In her personal time, Eigle loves writing poetry in Portuguese and in Spanish, her second language, singing, playing the guitar and partying with family and friends.
