Ximena has extensive experience in leading research projects and social impact programs. Her key strength is translating data into actionable insights for clients. She is the bridge between research and client needs, delivering beneficial outcomes, for both public and private sector organisations.
Ximena brings a unique perspective to the team. She has a PhD in Psychology and Health from the National University of Mexico, where she spent seven years as a member of its Virtual Teaching and Cyberpsychology Laboratory. She has worked on the development of treatments applying cutting-edge technologies, such as using Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality in the prevention of family violence, sexual harassment and bullying.
Based in Mexico City, Ximena loves animals, is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian and enjoys traveling and learning new things.
