Ramón Bernal

A psychologist by training, Ramon has a wealth of experience in organisational development, project management, applied statistics, quality management, and public budgeting. In his role as monitoring and evaluation specialist, he supports the development of social programs, from project design to impact assessment. He believes that measurement can improve everything we do.
He has evaluated projects and policies for the past 15 years at local organizations in Mexico including The National Evaluation Center (Ceneval), National Institute for Educational Evaluation (INEE), and the Alberto Baillères Foundation. He has worked in the LATAM region for The Organization of Iberoamerican States (OEI) and the British Council. He always tries to integrate an objective scope with the beneficiaries’ experience in these projects.
He lives in Mexico, loves to dance and enjoys travel to experience different ways of life and thinking. He enjoys reading about technology, and has recently began studying to obtain his Masters in Data Science.
