Chi specialises in social impact programme implementation and has experience working with multiple civic organisations, international NGOs, UN bodies and government partners to deliver effective projects in human development. Her work is focused on designing and overseeing the implementation of work plans, including organizing events, liaising with stakeholders, as well as monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of development programmes. Currently, she uses her communication, management, and organizational skills to support the delivery of meaningful multi-stakeholder programmes in Vietnam.

Chi has a degree in Policy Science with a focus on sustainable urban policies and multi-level governance. She is based in Hanoi, and she loves reading about contemporary issues, attending handcraft workshops and singing with friends.
