Goodman Foundation engaged Pearl Consulting to provide a Partner Landscape Assessment that will assist them in determining the right partner organisations in the second phase of their €1 million pledge towards emergency response and ongoing aid for those affected by the war in Ukraine. The service focused on confirming the priorities, approach and partner criteria that guided Goodman Foundation’s decision-making. Pearl Consulting coupled this input with research and analysis to identify and assess suitable partners whose strategic focus and ability to deliver aligned with Goodman Foundation’s priorities.
