Dynamic and motivated, Thu specialises in managing youth-led programs that create a social impact and in the tactical execution of social good programs.
As Project Coordinator for Microsoft Philanthropies Vietnam, Thu ran youth projects building capacity for NGO partners and developing cross-sector partnerships focused on computer science & ICT trainings for disadvantaged youth. Her confident, easy-going nature and results-oriented approach have helped her coordinate effective collaboration between private sector, NGOs and government ministries resulting in greater employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for many young Vietnamese.
Thu has won a scholarships from the European Commission to study Internet Safety education for youth as well as Fulbright Scholarships from the US Foreign Affairs and the Vietnam Economics Teaching Program.
Based in Hanoi, Thu enjoys baking sweet cakes, travelling to new destinations and volunteering for education activities.
