Rebecca Quah

HR Manager, Singapore

Rebecca is a resourceful and collaborative Human Resources (HR) manager whose role is to attract, engage and develop talent for Pearl Consulting’s diverse team. She is particularly skilled in the implementation and enhancement of HR services and processes, as well as project management and CSR activities.

In her previous positions as Senior HR Manager for a Singapore-headquartered IT distribution company, and Deputy Director within the semi-conductor industry, Rebecca honed her skills in people management and labour and employment Law. She is certified with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in Singapore, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the United Stated.

A highly organised and supportive person, Rebecca enjoys hiking on Singapore’s many country trails.
