Collaborative and action-oriented, Mira’s brings more than a decade of work experience in social impact initiatives, having managed community engagement and cross-sector partnerships that focus on building skills to develop business acumen of underserved communities including women, youth and people with disabilities. Mira has initiated and implemented community funding grants from Planet Wheeler and UN Youth Innovative Volunteering Challenge for multiple social impact initiatives such as urban farming, youth empowerment, eco-tourism, and environmental education campaigns. She has also worked as a representative and mentor for the Australian government initiative volunteering program alumni network in Queensland and founded an online start-up, Artikieta, selling locally made and sustainable food hampers.

In her personal time, Mira enjoys exploring nature, hiking, travelling to exotic places, where she likes to indulge in the local food while learning about the country’s culture and people.
